Diep and Larry Miller, founders and their family.

Our story.

Since our establishment, we have been known as Apple Creek Adult Family Homes. Our mission is to incorporate our faith into our care, providing love and support to our residents and their families. We possess extensive experience in elder care, with a specialization in dementia care. Our family's diverse medical and business backgrounds allow us to provide assisted to complex medical care in a home-like environment, maintaining a familial atmosphere. Companionship is crucial in building trusting relationships with our caregivers, residents, families, and the community. We strive to cultivate caring relationships while offering exceptional one-on-one attention. We are committed to serving everyone as family.

Our motto is "family."

1 John 4:7: “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.”
